Genesis 8 female won't load or won't correctly load

I was using a Genesis 3 converter to Genesis 8 which is from the Daz store and since then I can't get Genesis 8 female to load.  If it does come in it doesn't load correctly.  I tried unstalling the Genesis character I was wanting to load and then re-installing it. I tried to uninstall the Genesis 8 female starter.  I also tried using another Genesis 3 to Genesis 8 converter.  Attached are the images from the error message and what it loads incorrectly.

Might be a different issue, but whenever I have a base character not loading properly it is generally fixed by the Restore Figure menu, found here:

[Edit] -> [Figure] -> [Restore] -> [Restore figure].

 

I suspect that for some reason your G8F have become reconfigured and the new configuration might be overriding the reinstalled files.

Could be something entirely different but it's worth a shot.

 

From the error message I'm thinking that perhaps the files that the program consider duplicates have been installed in a location which isn't recognized by the uninstaller.

Most of the time when I try to load Genesis 8 female, Daz Studio closes. But I did get a figure to load and "restore figure" didn't work. I tried it twice and nothing seemed to of changed.  I thought maybe if I posed it, but that shut Daz Studio.
