Better tech support

I have had a tech support ticket open now for two months, and not for a trivial matter -- DS crashes on startup, so I am unable to work!  I get one response, usually a question I've already answered, from tech support about every 10 days.  At this rate, I will not be back online until about 2022.  Yes, it's a free program, but unless it works, I have thousands of dollars worth of DAZ software that is useless.  Can I suggest a paid tech support option?  The cash flow would enable you to hire more tech support staff.  At this point, I am so desperate, I would pay just about anything for help.

    You can suggest anything you want. In the meantime, what do you actually know about the problem? What troubleshooting steps have you taken? What's your setup, in terms of DS version, OS, computer specs, etc.?

    Ha ha. But I can see how it might also be a product suggestion. CWGraphics is suggesting a product called "Paid Technical Support". "Can I suggest a paid tech support option?"
