    Weirdly, I get 23052. Still not over 24000, but seems like something is getting filtered out without showing that it's filtered?

    Perhaps the ones people already own?

    Edit: I see 23052 when I uncheck Hide Items I Own

    I think I may have hidden bryce products...that may account it for others seeing 23 052.. Still lower than 24000 tho.

    I think the number of items is different for everybody.

    No idea why.

    Hmmm, I have vue, bryce and carrera items hidden, so that's probably why mine is lower. Everyone else seems to be getting 23 052, so I would say 300 or so are being filtered out in mine because of that.

    In today's email I got this as a title: Monumental Sale Extended for One Day - Free Item to Weekend Buyers.

    Anyone bought something in the weekend and can tell us what the free item is? Really curious.

    It's a purple banner exclusive offer to chose from a selection of 280 older items, a large number of which are the old i13 items that DAZ bought out.

    Here's hoping this Wednesday we get some new ones. Especially since the old ones were so bad. I mean that not because they are old but because most of them needed something else to function. I haven't gotten them even if free, no point in doing so just to clutter up my library.

    I had the classic "charged triple from what you OK'd on paypal" issue last Monday-Tuesday night, and have heard zilch on my ticket so far. As it's never taken this long, does anyone know if there's an exceptional backlog at custserv or if they've just chosen to keep my money? ;)

    @N3p3nth3, I don't know, but I suspect they are still swamped with tickets from the broken bits of the December Holiday Rewards sale.

    If you haven't already done so, you may want to specify the refund go back to Paypal, where you can then apply it back to your funding source. This can be very important if the source was a credit card. By default, Customer Service will refund the overpayment as Store Credit.

    How are you getting those prices? I have the same banner but when I put the same items in my cart as you, I get a much smaller discount... I'm getting 58% off PA sale prices and 71% off Daz O's.

    I've got one after the other. First the free item and then the 30% off. So you might want to close your first banner to check if you got the other one as well.

    It's nice that Daz is giving us a free product, but I just wish the banner said  "Here is a gift as a small token of our apologies for all the sales problems during Christmas. Thank you for being a valued customer and putting up with our glitches." Or something of that nature. They just never acknowledge when they screw up...

    And instead of creating a blog, marketing should be monitoring this thread and reading all the customers' complaints instead of putting all this on the shoulders of volunteer mods who don't work in the office.

    I have not had any banners, but then I did not buy anything over the weekend (although I did buy a lot over the xmas period), so any banners today are not due to xmas sale, or saying sorry.

    If you recall they did give us 20$ off DOs at the beginning of the year, and I did wonder if that was a kind of "sorry" statement, but they did not say so explicitly in the offer.

    The banner was for purchasing something from the 48 Hour Monumental Sale specifically according to the wording on the banner.

    It took eleven days for them to get to the ticket I sent from the pre-NewYears sales, so have patience.  I imagine they were swamped.

    ...which wouldn't be that surprising considering the amount of problems that were there with the holiday sale ^^

    @Wonderland, Phoenix1966 is a Daz PA, so I'd guess her PA discount comes into play.
