    Is this the product you are using? Atmospheric Smoke Planes - I don;t have it myself so can't be sure, but is it part of the smoke plane when loaded? Have you tried applying one of the smoke materials and transparencies (from your content library by expanding the triangle next to "Smoke"? Does that make the box go away? If not, then have you tried actually rendering the scene - it may be something that only appears in the Viewport and looks correct in the render.

    It looks like the reflection of the light you are using in front of the figure. The pane looks glossy as you can also see the reflection of the figure on it around the head, arm and shoulder.

    It's the reflection from camera Headlamp most likely.
