Same happened with me.
Quite a few people are having this issue, see https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/362266/report-sales-errors-here-there-s-always-another-sale/p61 , but it is working for some which makes it very hard to troubleshoot. At this point it may be best, if possible, to buy and open a Sales Support ticket to request a refund of the overcharge. Note that the Loyalty discount will apply only when buying the items with a New product.
