any suggestions how I can make a character look like him facially?

in pic (its not my work) any idea's how to make prettymuch any character look like him facially? is there like a cartoony method? am just not sure how to really do it and I know I can't make one from scratch as I'd be useless. Idea's welcome here please.

If you're working with G8, start with Toon Hero (who comes without eyebrows, so you'll need to purchase some separately) or Miguel for Diego 8 (who looks pretty good even without Diego)

There's also Brandon for Toon Dwayne 8, but he looks pretty distorted without Dwayne.

If you're working with G3, there's The Guy 7 (who can also transferred to G8 using XTransfer.)
