PostgreSQL CMS not installing

As the title suggests, I was unable to install [PostgreSQL CMS] this, either through DIM or manual installation. I also had trouble installing Daz Studio, but was able to fix it through one of the fixes involving killing a process in the task manager. I also had trouble installing Hexagon, having to install it manually Maybe this is a sign that something is wrong with my DIM in general. I have no firewall and no virus protection

You probably do have soem secutirty software. What operating system are you running, do you get any error messages, and if it's Windows do you have UAC on (do you get asked if installers should be allowed to make changes on yoru system)?
