Creating, applying, packaging skin textures

I bought Skin Builder 8 ... It creates a full mat, I thought, but I don;t see a way to apply the entire texture, from tip of head to tip of toes in one go after you save it.  Purchased character content has at least one duf file titled "all maps" which applies the entire thing to the character. 

When SB saves, I get maps for arms, legs, torso, face, lips, etc etc, not a file that includes all of them. 

How do I do that? I see that if I assign each material zone with the expected texture, it appears I can then save it out as a mat/DUF file ... is that what I have to do?
Then, what is the correct folder structure that has to be assigned for everything to create qa complete material set for a character?
