support response time

Hi, first post ever here so hope its in the right spot, submitted a ticket for a double purchase refund and was initially replied to fairly quickly however its now been over a week and nothing. Ticket is still open, sent another ticket for no response and it was replied to quickly and added to the original ticket but still nothing. Is this normal practice to have to wait this long? Worries me that this seems like standard practice. Thanks
