Customize Workspace Documentation?

I'm not having much luck finding documentation on customizing workspace.  Most specifically the menu text colors and size.

My eyesight not what it used to be. I need more contrast and a larger font would sure help.

Any suggestions?

If you are on Windows you can use the OS font scaling, otherwise UI caling iss till a WIP and not yet available - though it may be worth experimenting with Window>Style>Select Style as the styles do have different text sizes. Colours can be adjusted in Window>Style>Customise Style.
