How do you dress HD morphed deepsea creatures
Morning. Usually busy city skyline has a forlorn and faraway look in the smoke haze outside my window today :)
adjust the rigging or use a cloth drape :). Will the morphs import to the conformer?
end of an era hey :)
I had SQL Server 2000 and SQL Server 2005 at the same time. the SQL Server 2000 was the developer edition that came with a developer's edition of Office XP (yes, old). But what I have now is SQL Server 2005 SSMS, and SQL Server 2008 SSMS and probably the Expres database. I don't have any databases on my computer, though, just what's on my website.I didn't use both at the same time, though. My hosting changed to SQL Server 2005, so I abandoned SQL Server 2000. I think SQL Server 2008 came with Visual Studio 2010.
If you have a database already in SQL Server 2005, you can access it with SQL Server 2012 SSMS. I think as long as you don't try to use any of the new features it will be OK. If you do, it might ask if you want to convert the database. It might anyway, but if you say no, it should be OK. So just don't try to add any columns that use a new type that isn't available in 2005, or any other new feature like new index types. Is this something for work?

seriously - COMPLAINT

...auuuugh! yet another complaint today.
I hate Uncle Arthur and I hate having to be so bloody "PC" when going about just trying to get by.
Was getting things ready for rubbish and recycle pickup tonight after I got home from my errands as the streets are finally clear. Went to reach for the compost bucket and when my stupid clumsy arthritic hand bumped my favourite blue crystal wine glass and sent it to the floor shattering into a number of pieces (our city has this ridiculous requirement that food scraps are to be disposed of separately from the normal rubbish and thus we only have trash one pickup every two weeks and one compost pickup on alternate weeks instead of a normal rubbish pickup each week [mind you, our rubbish service is actually provided by private firms rather than the city directly and we are getting charged the same rate as if we still had full weekly service, our compost is maybe 1/10th - 1/8th of our normal weekly rubbish volume]).
Really bummed as the glass was the perfect size and shape like you would find in an upscale wine bar and it was blue tinted crystal which is rather uncommon.
Curse the city, curse Uncle Arthur! A pox on them both!
Some parts of Massachusetts are expected to get 12 to 15 inches! Down here it's only expected to be 1 to 3 inches, but that could change if the storm shifts slightly.
I've really had enough snow, now, thank you.
Dana
I hope you don't lose power...that always sucks!
Dana
...I feel I already have, figuratively speaking.
It is not sounding good. Every weather update sounds just a bit worse than the last report. I'm off to sleep so I can beat the storm and do some shopping before it hits me. Noon is my target for snow to hit me head on.
...I felt the same way last week. Glad I trusted my gut instinct and stocked up beforehand.
Hopefully you can get all your errands done before things get bad.
Finally got my Advil. Ended up buying the big 500 ct. "jug" so this kind of thing doesn't happen again. Took a couple and my joints feel almost flexible again after the last three days. Might actually be able to do some 3D work tomorrow.

my carefully organized stock room is being disemboweled. my carefully organized cabinets, spreadsheets with parts locations. relocated by someone who either lost or had no vision for the re-org. i need to go home now.
you ever have a new person in the dept that 'steps' on your baliwick. if baliwick is another word for toes. i was happy to ignore it and study the visio, but don't ask me to get involved in the re-org. first of all.
...yeah had that happen a few times.
Bailiwick: Comes from bailie, "custody," and -wick "function of an official" or "place of jurisdiction.
1. the district within which a bailie or bailiff has jurisdiction
2. a person's area of skill, knowledge, authority, or work.

You may be thinking of the phrase "gets on my wick" or "getting on my wick" which is used like "gets on my nerves". I believe it came from Cockney "rhyming slang" and I've heard the phrase used by members of Monty Python and by the character Onslow on the BBC series "Keeping Up Appearances" (gotta love Onslow).
Someone could figuratively "get on your wick", Misty, but not literally, because...well...in here we call it "toast". :red:
Morning. Melting hot under a steel grey sky blackened by smoke from the fires. Not so many lil' triangles on the march across town today :)
The weather outside is frightful...
