Multi Man error (Solved)

I am getting this error. Any solution?

  • Try opening it, not using smart content, it may work better !

    Load G3M first then try.

    I tried to load G3M first. Not working.

    Tried content library as suggested. Not working.

    How did you install the product? Multi Man is one of those products that didn’t work for me when installed through Connect, and had to be installed through DIM. To my knowledge, this only happened after the name was changed from Morpheus, although it’s possible that that’s a coincidence. 

  • The lack of thumbnail in the Smart Content pane suggests soemthing is wrong with the isntallation, certainly. It should n't matter but try unisntalling (right-click on the Product) and then installing through DIM - if that does work try reinstalling the Connect version and if that still fails open a Technical Support ticket.

    I tried Connect. It installed correctly and color version of icon appeared but refused to load.

    Then I tried DIM. It installed without any error but refused to load.

  • I just installed via Connect and it looks as if no files are decypting for me either (checking the log file it's complaining that it can't find the opening bracket, and the PNGs are unreadable). So yes, this looks like a bug report please.
