Stud 8?

Anyone know who Stud 8 is? Is that a nickname for one of the currently available Genesis 8 Male bases?

    Eventhough he ended up being called "Hero" he was most probably called "Stud" during development. Some of his files are still called "Stud". And it's the same PA.

    Except it is listed as a ?8 character where Toon Boy and Toon Dad aren't. I think Joequick showed us the uniform and the Toon Hero morph when showing off the Toon Dad figure so it would stand to reason that the name Toon Hero wouldn't have been mistaken. Especially since the suit came after.

    It's the Toon Hero. Daz thought "stud" was too 80s, so he was renamed late in development.

    It's either Toon Hero for G8M or a Stud 8 Freak-like character is coming maybe?

    I'd like to see a counterpart to Toon Hero with Toon Heroine for the Sue Storm types with Mr Freezepop's shader materials modified to be the comic style invisible with all her tricks (well some of them).

    I guess Mr Fantastic is out of the question because of JCMs & such?

    As beauty, and studliness are all in the eye of the beholder, I am confident that somewhere someone thinks I'm a stud too.

    Too 80's? I don't associate that word with the 80s. The dude does have a bit of that 80s and 90s cartoon hero look about him, he could easily fit into many American cartoons of the time or Fist of the North Star or early JoJo's Bizarre Adventure making an 80s theme logical. Is Daz aware that one of the biggest shows on Netflix is a 80's themed show? Retro style is totally in fashion. Actually I'd love to see some more 80s themed items for Daz.

    When I hear "Stud", I think "breeding horses". I'm not sure that's the direction Daz wants people to go.

    Plus, if "Lolita" runs into problems with their payment processors, then "Stud" may run into similar issues later.

    When I hear stud, living in horse county, stallions are what I think too, but also the other guys in my fantasy baseball league use stud as a term to describe an All-Star caliber sports players. You want to talk enthusiasm? Some fantasy owners might be tops, particularly with regards to fantasy baseball.

    Babe, obviously. But I like Hot Mama 8 better.

    Not sure what's 80es about Stud, but I do feel the word's a smidge more sexual than DAZ usually goes for.
