Looking for two scripts (zero pose / Shape)

Hi I am looking for 2 scripts:

Zero pose (To reset the figure in the basic T or A pose)

Zero shape (to reset all morphs to default/start)

I know you can do this in the menu but especialy wit feet it can be a bit of a pain so im looking for 2 scripts to add to my toolbar.
