Looking for armour inspired by/looking like Darksiders' Death

Hello everyone!

I've been looking around, looking for armour inspired by or looking quite a bit like the stuff Darksiders' "Death" wears, especially the stuff he wears in this piece of concept art. IMHO the Vinnuth Kriegor and Kadis stuff is in the right ballpark, but not quite there. Esspecially the boots and the gauntlets sell the look for me; piecemeal armour and bandages keeping it together.

I'd be rather apreciative of any tips, ideas and links :)
