Smart Content is empty

New computer, Windows 10... so I can use deforce with openCL.  I used the Install Manager to install my products from Daz 3d. Although I had to install each product individually.   When I load up Daz Studio 4.10 I get an error message of PostgreSQL CMS not connecting.  With the Smart Content tab open, I don't show any products.  

The error mentions checking my anit-virus, which I haven't installed one.  And checking a firewall, which I'm not sure how to check.  It also mentions checking my network, which is working.

How can I fix this?

Figured it out with a friend's help.  And I don't see a way to delete this.

It would be nice to post the solution you've found anyway, in case someone had the same problem and arrived here with Google search! :D

But now I an having a problem with the dForce white wedding outfit.  Concerning an error with the texture.  And the Clothing Converter from g8 to g3 female.  Both are showing an error message and to see the log.  But the log I am finding tells me nothing on why there was an error, or how to fix it.

Interesting too, that I have used the Install Manager to install my products and yet when in Daz Studio I have to go to the available tab and install the product.

Those certainly sound like Content Management System issues.
