in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

How do I restore DIM to it's Default state?  I tried changing the paths with bad results.  I've cleared up space on my c drive and would like for everything to go where DAZ wanted it to go originally.  I tried to un-install all software then reinstall but it still goes back to the files I tried to use on d drive.

    DIM stores that info in the user account .ini file in "%AppData%/DAZ 3D/InstallManager/UserAcounts". Deleting that (with DIM closed) will clear all DIM settings (I always save a copy before deleting, just in case, or rename it, instead). The next time you start DIM, it will be factory fresh.

    Did you change the Content Directory Manager setting in DAZ|Studio as well? The two programs don't talk to each other; if you change from the defaults, you have to manually point both programs at your chosen new location.
