People of Earth packages install issue

I've purchased 2 of the People of Earth face morphs packages and everythign seems to be there. They even show up in the content library correctly. But I can't seem to get them to load onto the Genesis 3 figure. I'm not sure what I"m doing wrong and there is no documentation included with the package. I'd appreciate some suggestions for what to do.
