Does anyone know what figure is being used in the promo images for this hair?

Coco hair for G8F

It is not listed in the product description, and I've had no luck finding it by browsing the shop.  It is used by the artist for several other hairs as well.

    That artist dials up their own characters for promotional purposes; the character is not available for sale.

    It is a dialed down version of Osuine at "the other place" that rhymes with Travelocity.
