    What figure or character are you using? Can you provied a link to the store page?

    It looks like you only have part of a product, and the object files are missing.

    I would expect you are getting an error message on loading the item - what is it?

    I've had that happen when an object/figure's geometry data is not in the expected location (typically because it isn't installed, but also sometimes freebies aren't packaged correctly). Uninstall/remove the item and reinstall. If the problem persists, verify you have any prerequisite content.

    but This message appeared to me at another product and I did the work of Reset content DB maintenance and worked for me but this product did not work with him Reset content DB maintenance
