how do i import a model? or login?

Im trying to login to daz studio and whenever I login it doesn't work, it always says "communication to server failed"

I try to login to the manager and it says that there was an issue with the email/password, despite me being able to login perfectly when I first installed it.

I try to go offline because all I need is a figure to pose so I can use it for references, but nothing shows up in the file section, so I'm assuming I need to login to be able to use the content I've downloaded.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong

Connect (Daz Studio's built-in installer) worked for me a little while back, but Install Manager definitely seems to be having trouble. There is a thread here https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/322571/install-manager-problem#latest to which we will post updates once we hear anything.
