This is a free pack of cameras and lights for Meshbox Design's Elven Village Volume 1, compatible with Poser 7 or later (let us know how well they work in DS!). Each of the original models gets multiple lights and cameras, in an attempt to duplicate the camera placement in the promo images shown for Elven Village Volume 1 R2.

These should work just fine, regardless if you got EV 1 R2 through a reseller or from us, but they will likely not work right with R1.
