What's with the Dante Bonus??

I got this offer on today's new release page

Which means when I put it in the cart the price should drop to 5.7 (30 percent of 18.95) . But that's not what's happening, instead the price GOES UP and the product marketed as 9.39 is suddenly costing me 13.27. Which is just the ordinary 30% discount. So what's going on here really, what's so special about this offer? Or was it just a mix-up of offered price vs discount.
