I've tried using different settings including UberEnvironment, UberSurface2, etc and never get anything that even looks like the demo product pictures. Can you go into some more detail please?

These are my render settings, I would say the most important thing is the Shading Rate at 0.1 or lower, the Pixel Samples and the Shadow Samples - make sure that you have the light properties set accordingly too.
Of course such render settings require a bit more time, sometimes with transmapped hair also a lot more time than usual 2 minutes renders.

Thank you, starionwolf, I should better say that half of the body hair is painted on already, the Mec4D hair adds the 3rd dimension and blends very well into the texture. Skin is my Kenny here at DAZ.

Sorry if it has been asked before but can you change the colour of the beard? Bought this the other day :)

Yes, just change the diffuse colour. If the hair is using a texture map, alternatively edit the colour of that in photoshop.

I just bought this, installed it using Install Manager... and I can't find it within the program. Shouldn't it be under Hair?

What application and version are you using?

I don't find any tutorial online. Is the hair mesh-based or fiber-hair?
Or is the manual / tutorial only contained in the product?
I would really like to know because I am looking for mesh-based hair.

I'm quite sure this is a fiber mesh. Fiber mesh hair is still a mesh however.

Since this popped up, I'd love Genesis 2 versions...
