    I just wanted to add a big thanks to the mods! We'd be lost without you (and so would Daz...)

    Any quick solution that was offered?

    She sent me my gift card code, which I can only imagine she got from CS to know the correct amount... Not sure why CS couldn't deal with it, but at least it's resolved.

    Maybe try PM-ing Ann? They close at 5PM Utah time so you don't have much time left...

    Thank you for the advice yes I  will try that.  

  • Just bought gift card, got the email, clicked on the GC code, it takes me to daz GC window, clicked on redeem GC, clicked on store credit and GC balance is there, never had a problem yet

    If you have an issue, feel free to PM me and I can try to look into it and help. If for some reason I can't, Ill let you know in the PM but in most cases I should be able to. Just please know I work strange hours (Normally nights for me) So if I dont answer during that day that is why. 

    In general I can only help in certain cases. (Generally when you don't get your code or to try and verify if the code you got isnt working) though in some cases I may not be able to help. It depends on the base issue as to whether it is something I can help with or not. If I can help though I am happy to heart

    Hmm Buying a Gift Card during the Holiday sales was not the smartest move I made, I just realized that custumer support probably is dealing with tons of errands.
