Still haven't received yesterday's gift card code and no response from CS

This is now the second time in a row that I’ve purchased a gift card and not gotten the email to redeem it... Edited to add that today's gift card offer is double with my purple banner offer and I never got yesterday's and I have the NIx 8 pro-bundle in the cart and still no response from CS. I spent a decent amount on the GC and this is REALLY bad business holding my money hostage! I'm wondering if I can cancel through Paypal since I never received it...?

On the other hand, I ordered two, (prizes for the It's Raining Men contest,) and got three emails, one for larger GC and two for the smaller GC. I used the shopping cart option to check the codes and determiine which of the three actually worked.
I really do wish Daz could get this figured out. It's a real pain to get two codes when the GC is intended for a prize and we have to jump through hoops to determine which code to give the recipient.
Although not nearly the pia of not getting any email or code!
And I purchased the gift card to take advantage of current sales but if I can’t get the gift card in time, I have to fork out extra money. This is really bad business!
Im having the same issue but I have reported this up to Daz.
I thought they said they had fixed it not long ago.

I bought a Gift Card about two hours (or so) ago. I got mine with no problem.
It was sometime in November when I ordered a Gift Card and got only one email. Another forumite mentioned ordering two GCs and getting two emails for one of the cards, but only one email for the other. Whatever Daz fixed, some issues still exist.
Did you check your spam folder? I just ordered one and for some unexplained reason the email ended up in my spam folder.
I'd love to have more of that kind of spam.

Just bought a gift card. Shows zero balance.
When I try to use it in my shopping cart, I get:
I just purchased one and had no issues, and I always pay with cc, and only get one email with the code that always works just in case you all are trying to narrow down what the issue causing this to happen is.
I'm going to buy another GC and try to get a refund for the $0 balance GC.
2nd GC purchase works fine. 1st GC purchase still $0 balance.
Same issue for me as well.
Not sure what happened but since you are wanting a refund on that one, definitely put in a ticket. Sorry for any inconveniece you may have experienced.
On the e-mail part of this, definitely do check your spam folder, Even when you put in an exception, sometimes it will still spam an email especially if you get more than one from the same source in quick succession. When you order a gift certificate a couple emails get sent. One to confirm the order, one to give the code, etc so sometimes it can keep the first and spam the 2nd, 3rd etc. I know in the past I had to actually log in Online with my email provider and look in the spam folder there to find emails that have gone "MIA" Adding the exception does help and sometimes will resolve the issue but occasionally that exception wont work or it will still mark it spam so its always best to double double check.
Something I noticed tonight, if you redeem the code first, and then check the balance, the balance will show $0 in the same window where you can redeem it. But if I check store credit, even after seeing the $0, I see the new amount added. So once you redeem it, you have to go to store credit to see it.
Just purchased one, everything worked fine.
I'm having the same problem. It's not in my spam folder and the email didn't show up with the gift code.
My 1st GC now shows up as a $20 store credit. It didn't earlier during checkout. This is after I purchased a 2nd GC.

Still no response from CS. And on top of everything, the gift card discount is double today with my loyalty discount with Nix 8 in cart.... I never got the gift card code from yesterday. I want today's discount which is double. No response from CS. Really getting frustrated...

My exact story aswell, I hope the sort out our gift card issues soon.
It is a purple banner exclusive offer for people who have purchased most or all of the Genesis 8 Pro Bundles. Basically it gives you your loyalty discount on a gift card when purchased in the cart with Nix 8 pro. But it doesn't really take into account that many of us already purchased a gift card at a lower discount yesterday.
Since I never received the gift card, I asked Paypal if I could get the money back. They said I could file a dispute but it would take up to 20 days and I would have to fork over more money to take advantage of today’s deal... I told them I’d wait till the end of the Daz day to see if I get a response or I will do a formal dispute. What has happened to Daz??? CS used to be great...
