Question about Freebies section

I was wonder something about Freebies section.  I know it is for posting for freebies, not for inquiring about freebies.  How about a freebie put in a store with choose your own price?  They can choose free, so would that still make it a freebie?

Nope      Has to be genuine freebies.    Not "could be free if"   type freebies   and not  freebies designed to pull you into a Commercial store   and not loss leader type freebies     etc etc,
