Works on any V4 skin I've been able to throw at it, in both DS and Poser. Mind you, as the site says, it won't work on compressed, compiled, or encrypted files. I've never done it on an M4 skin since I don't use G2M at all.

What the script actually does, is create duplicates of the original mat presets with renamed material zones.

I'll copy and paste one of my other responses from another thread:

Genesis2 figures can use mats without them being in duf. The surface zone names just need to be changed in the files.

You can bulk convert an entire folder without having to load them onto the figure first. Daz and Poser scripts included.
It creates copies that have been ran through the script, prepended with G2_. You’ll need to copy the torso material to the ears, since Gen4 didn’t have a separate ear surface.

You do need the Victoria 4 for Genesis 2 Female product, sold here, for the UV.

I spent hundreds on V4 and hated that I didn't like all of her problems!!  Eyes wouldn't close, etc.

I am so happy with the skin converter and the ear converter.
