Custom morphs causing issue with Genesis 8 posing.

I recently made a custom morph slider for a Genesis 8 female, the intention is to make a transformation sequence. However, as I move the slider it causes her eyes to go in wild directions when posing. I asked a friend and he stated that it was an issue with Victoria 7, but wasn't sure if there was a fix. Figured I would reach out and see if anybody knew a way to prevent this from happening. Thanks in advance for your help.

  • It sounds as if you need to set the morphn to 100%, then use Edit>Figuer>Rigging>Adjust Rigging to Shape. Check that the result works, then (assuming you aven't already used ERC Freeze on your custom morph) zero the posing (and any other morphs), right-click in the parametrs pane to check Edit Mode (if it isn't), right-click on your morph slider and select ERC Freeze, check that there are no interlopers in the list of SubComponents, click Accept and you should now find that the rigging adjusts as you set your morph.

  • Unfortunately, I already did all that before saving the morph originally.

  • And was it working before you saved?
