Gift cards seem to work differently to the old Gift Vouchers. I presume they are supposed to get mailed automatically only the one I bought today did not, at least not yet.

And the help desk system is a broken link!

Please see this thread for help with GC codes, they should be mailed so you will need to ask Ann for help.
