@Fisty, NICE!
That looks beautiful Fisty! Her hair looks so soft!

I know right! I've always avoided blond hair 'cause I could never get it to look good so that was the first thing I tried, test rendered 4 of the blond colors and they all looked fantastic.
Fisty..Out of curiosity.. did you use lights or HDRI or both?
Fabiana's Theory of Light - Energy Flow: HDRI, front fill, left fill, and right rim spot lights added (all from the same set)
Edit: actually used an HDRI from Zen Moods, I went through a bunch til I found one I liked the color of.
@Fisty, that is a beautiful image overall, and a very natural looking hair render. Does it feature a new product coming from you soon?
I'm not at liberty to say in Chevybabe's thread.
Yup, lovely shader.
OOOOooooOOoo
Wow Phoenix - That is stunning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Don't know why I took so long to get these, had a quick play and they're simply amazing, so thank you chevybabe25, yet to try Alchemy.
Very pretty Allegra :)
I really love these hair shaders. They look so natural and soft.
double post
@ALLIEKATBLUE

So I bought this during the sale to hopefully bring some life back to some old hair that I had (and hair that was .40)... This is very much out of the box before and after.
Edit: Apparently I didn't save the render setting very high, but pictures below seem to open at ok size?
Yes, they open and look fine :)
Older hairs with a lot less geometry struggle with higher translucency and refraction. For better results, I would lower the strength setting to 35 to start and maybe even double the hair model with the same settings.
