Download speed not consistent

Alright, this problem is driving me absolutely bonkers. The download speed goes up to 6 MB’s and then drops back down to nothing before it says download failed! It’s done this for the last few days on every single file! I’ve tried messing with my security on my computer and even talked to my internet provider. This isn’t an external problem. Why is the installer doing this?

p.s. I’m not the only one with this problem. My friend is having the same issue.

The servers may be unusally busy with the Zelara stuff, or with the large number of "updates" that recently appeared in DIM (and Connect).
