How do you remove textured anatomical elements and hair?

How do you remove textured genitals and pubic hair?

I’ve recently purchased some characters and their iray skins came with a textured genital and pubic hair. How do I remove it?

I have GIMP on my computer and I heard that you can use it to remove the textures. But I don’t know how to do that.

 

Any help would be extremely appreciated.
