Are you sure you entered your email address correctly. I made a typo in mine one time, which prevented me from getting the email.
Contact support if it's been more than 1 day from purchase so they can look at it?
@studio 3xl Check your spam folder. That happened to me one time.
Thanks for the suggestions. The invoice shows that the correct email address was entered. I did check the spam folder and it was empty. I have also opened a ticket with customer support who hopefully can solve this before the sale ends. For some reason I no longer receive emails from DAZ confirming my order purchases and haven’t received any for probably over a year or more, although I do receive the daily sales emails.
Is the code for the Gift Card supposed to be sent in an email?
You get the code by email. Check your spam folder and if you still have not gotten the code by email you will have to contact customer service. (Help>contact us.submit a help ticket)

Mistara, whatever email you use, there should be some kind of folder for spam. Look there.
For some reason my broadband provider uses Yahoo mail for their email accounts. I've had a similar problem to yours a few times when I've noticed that emails just don't get through, aren't in the spam box and those addresses are not blocked by myself. After a fair bit of research, it seems that there is some kind of automated spam filter outside of my account and which I have no control over. It has blocked emails from my own domain, from the national lottery and from a TV channel. In the end I set up a Gmail accout and have been updating my email details with sites as needed. You might want to try something similar if you aren't receiving Daz recepts.
My provider uses Yahoo; as far as I can tell, I have no issues - meaning I'm getting lots of emails begging me to spend cash with Daz (and others of course).
... Not to mention the President of wherever needing my help moving funds about; why do folks fall for these?
I'm amazed by how respectless emails are being treated compared to postal mail. Imagine that your local post office threw all mails sent to you from a certain city or company into the trash bin because that city or company was known for sending unsolicited advertising mails to a number of people. That's downright illegal. But technically that compares to what often happens with spam filtering on the internet.
Letting users vote on what is spam and what is not is also a bad idea, for people often forget or are not aware of what they subscribe to and then they mark it as spam so that others who subscribe to the same services don't get their mails.
Under My Account there is a folder for Messages that contains sub folders called Inbox, Exclusive Offers and Newsletters. It would seem like the best place to send the codes for gift cards would be to the inbox folder on the site itself, thus avoiding problems with spam filters.
It actually looks like they've corrected the Victoria sale so that Esha's items are still included and keeping their discounts, even though her store is part of the BAB sale.
