Recreating a Genesis 2 character as Genesis 8

I have two characters that I use basically as a maquette for photo reference for illustrations. I've been toying with Genesis 8 and trying to recreate these characters using the Genesis 8 Female Head Morphs, but I'm not able to get it exact. I'm sure the challenge to this is that it's a completely different model and face to begin with.

With that against me, I was curious about reaching out to the community who are more adept at modeling or knowing the more technical side of Daz3D to see if anyone is interested in being hired to accomplish this. I'm not sure if this is a time intensive project, or what can be done to accomplish convert/recreating a character to match.

Is this something that can be achieved through exporting the Genesis 2 model, then 3D modeling in outside software, and reimporting as a Genesis 8?

The GenX product in the store will get your G2 character over to generation 3, but you are on your own after that.
