    My cart is getting more and more expensive as I'm waiting for the price to go down. :(

    $100 off still not working; 50% off on the addons no longer working (on some of the items).

    Edit: the addons are back to their correct discounts.

    It's a weird sale. The banner makes mention of possible discounts if you already have a lot of pro bundles, but doesn't show what the deal is if you don't. I can't imagine that it's just 50%off select artists. I own 7 g8 pro bundles and almost all g7(3), but am not seeing a banner or message. Anyone know the qualifier?

    Yeah, it looks like there is little to no incentive for users that don't already have a ton of pro bundles, which I find odd since those with a ton of pro bundles are more inclined to buy pro bundles, but the ones that don't usually buy pro bundles are the ones that need the incentives more. I was actually thinking of getting this one since there is a CG discount along with it, but I didn't qualify since I don't usually buy pro bundles. Oh well, there is always another sale, LOL.

    I wonder it its the $100 off mentioned above, as I don't have that deal...

    Sigh. Right now, I am so glad I decided to not do G8. There are So Many new human base models, as opposed to previous generations when there were a handful of bases and a load of morph/texture character sets. Yes, it's great that they now have more models that aren't quite runway models in looks, but couldn't most of those be done as characters? Oh yeah, a new model, starter and pro bundles sells for more. 

    And as someone way above posted, it would be great if there were some deals for people who just want the base or starter. Those are way more enticing to me than the current strategies. Daz used to offer deals like that, as recent as the early G8 days--there are several G2 & 3 models/starters I bought on those promos because they were the best deals I'd seen for them. IIRC, the deals were something like "Buy Whoever 7 & get W6 free. Buy  W7 starter & get W6 starter free." Simple deals that got me to buy.

    I was thinking the same thing. This one kinda appealed to me since it isn't super fantasy/sci-fi themed but the deal is terrible without owning a bunch of pro bundles. The flip side is if you do own a bunch of pro bundles you probably own something that looks damn near the same so maybe you really need that super deal to bite. I like the idea of loyalty discounts but this deal does just seem odd.

    I did. Still a pretty bad offer. $66 for the pro and you get $30 worth of stuff that has been way cheaper before. Nothing wrong with having a bad offer sometimes. It just isn't for me which my wallet appreciates. It told me so. I do think the idea that you only get an additional discount if you own like 10+ pro bundles is insane though. Apparently people who own like 5 or 7 of them get the same offer as someone like me with a whooping zero pro bundles.

    Hmm, Dreamland's store seems to have suddenly disappeared from SAZ. I had the Outdoor Photo Shoot Props in my wish list and now it is '404' I can't seem to find the movieland sets at either. I sure wish we could have some warning when things like this are going to happen.

Not to mention the general lack of supporting products for the males. (Although the latter is not exactly Daz's fault. It is our reality in this hobby, however.)

    It's not listed on the Vendor's page either. I really hope it's just a glitch. And boy am I thankful I picked up the two Single Home bundles I didn't have yet when they were on sale during the PA Festival!

It’s really no wonder that “males don’t sell” is heard so often. I find it hard to believe that the marketing staff doesn’t/can’t see the differences in the offered deals and correlate that into the difference in sales figures. It would be nice if the playing field was a little more level between the female vs. male bundle offers.

    As it stands right now, Daz has lost a pro bundle purchase from me. I know I’m only one customer and they won’t miss my money, but it is what it is. I feel bad that I can’t support a male bundle this time around.

    That's how I felt about Lee 8. There was no real incentive to buy with "only" the stacking member and new release discounts. $66 and change. The actual price of the bundle is the deciding factor for me. Is the cost of the bundle close to the cost of the items from the bundle I really want? I won't turn down the free stuff, but I seldom decide to buy based on the free stuff.

    I did end up getting the Lee 8 Pro Bundle, though. As a Gen8 big spender, I got a 20% discount on a gift card in the same purchase. I ended up getting Lee on the first day of the Holiday Rewards sale, when our Rewards discount applied to Gift Cards. I added his Pro Bundle to the cart, and the cost went down about $40. (And then I added the free stuff!) Later that day, Daz fixed the glitch and the two discounts no longer stacked! But without that stacking, I wouldn't have bothered picking up Lee 8.

    For me it's about the same... no matter how much free stuff is thrown at me, the price for the bundle AND what's in it are the most important things for me. No way I'd buy a Pro Pack when I see no use for 10 of the 12 products in it.

    Same problem. Most of today's new releases either have a blank readme, or their readmes give a 404 error.
