    Actually basically you only need to buy 2 guppies, just make sure that you have a male one and a female one.  they will eventually fill the tank for you if you are patient.

    Correct.  You did well.  a male guppy and a female guppy.  I bought that and now I have a lot of guppies.

    Correct.  You did well.  a male guppy and a female guppy.  I bought that and now I have a lot of guppies.

    I was just describing the short option.
