Our golden retriever (Oakley) says it would be great. (He is terrified by thunder)
Mine. But I might be a bit biased.
mine wasnt.
so i'll cast my vote for Tjohn's dad
sundaeee os spinach tortellini day
Non-complaint: I skipped my summer habit of getting a sundae on Sunday. Kinda drizzly today, so I stayed home and dug a Klondike "Double Chocolate" ice cream bar out of the back of the freezer. Mmmmm.
Non-complaint: I've discovered the "Space 1999" reruns on YouTube.
Complaint: "Space 1999" is not as good as I remember and the science sucks royal swamp water.
What is it about old British sci-fi shows that make them so clonish to each other and so weird? --- Must have been the times. It was the era of that terribly camp American show "Lost In Space". (Which by the way was a little bit improved on by the movie of the same name, and the franchise just might have become tolerable with the new NetFlix revamp of the plot. (Although I really really hate the new Dr. Smith.)
TY and sorry.
not quite a Sunday Sundae but I mixed some blackcurrants with some blackcurrant jelly (jello I think to you) and had it with blackcurrant and clotted cream icecream.
What really sirprised me was the one of my cats that likes icecream and cream if she is allowed to scrounge. She licked the dish clean after I had finished, and I hadn't added any sugar to the fresh blackcurrants and they were a tad sharp.
I think I saw on YouTube recently that cats can't taste sweet. Or was it dogs? Well, regardless, some small critter couldn't taste sweet so my reply to this post isn't entirely pointless.
Morning. Mobs of songbirds chorusing the pale wintery sun just overtopping city towers like a night light left on too long, and although there are only ten more sleeps until the solstice treetops are still offering large patches of green leaves amongst autumn brown and gold for the feathery choirs to hide amongst :)
Holiday for birthday of Queen here today, think we ha e to have royal jellies ;0
Pointless is the same as blunt ? ;)
In the same way that I consider that an item on a store shelf without a price indicated, is either free or priceless. Unfortunatey, the cashier never agrees with the "free" option.
And I can't afford the other option.
It was 7c here this am... rain... snow to the north of us..(not that close, but still)
It is cats (although cats can taste sweet if you put sugar on them before you eat them). But cats do love all dairy products.
Yeah, the science was off...but it was entertaining. That is sometimes it's own reward.
Thanks for reminding me about the Netflix remake. I haven't seen it yet. Forgot all about it. Have to ask Diane if she wants to watch it or not. If not, I guess I'll watch it by myself. Just found an old SciFi show, Eureka, on Amazon Prime...finally get to see the final season. Was watching it OnDemand a few years ago and they eliminated it before I got to see season 5. Another very entertaining show.

bueaurocats?
Thank you. Very illuminating. Although after re-reading my first reply I was beginning to think that I said cats can't taste dogs.
Although I don't see why they couldn't. However, a lack of news reports regarding suspicious absences of dogs in heavily cat neighborhoods is probably not due to the inability of cats to taste dogs, but more likely to the size difference. Along these lines, it might be interesting to re-analyze the data looking at large cats vs small dogs.
I know that if I was a large cat with untrimmed nails and there was a small yappy dog nearby disturbing my sleep, I would have evil thoughts.
Are cats capable of non-evil thoughts?
The netflix remake for "Lost in Space" had a lot of things that reminded me about another show, "Earth 2".
Depends on point of view. According to song birds, cats are evil. (well that is what they think as the cat snuffs out its life)
I think Alf likes them without sugar:
Milk is bad for cats though, they say.

Milk isn't good for hedgehogs either I've heard.
And dogs can die of eating chocolate. Not sure how many dogs I've fed chocolate before I learned that, but apparently it wasn't enough to kill them (whether some got sick from it I'm not aware).
Dogs, cats and birds too should not have chocolate.
is it time?
goin to spine dr today. a lil scared. sigh
There is no accounting for taste.
Been there, done that, was a success. Hugs.
My internet connection was down for five hours. I was about to call the internet service provider when the internet came online.
I hate my cable tv selction. We do not get the channels I want and I want to know why.
Translating is so frustrating... is the word "quidnunc" even still in use in contemporary English...? *groans*
I never heard or saw that word, ever. What do you think it means?
