Now define average. Again, based on location, it's pretty subjective. Back when I lived near Richmond, VA, it was standard to see guys dressed like Blade as well as the vampires he kills- fangs and all.
I'm south of Seattle now. 'Normal' is still another ball of wax out here (and no I'm not complaining lol).

Here are a couple of renders of the set I was talking about earlier. The walls all come in sections and the textures match up seamlessly.
There is also a door in the same mediterranean wooden style. I'd add a few colour and pattern choices for the carpet and the curtains. Probably for the wood as well.
In the first image you can see what I mean about the curtains. They're not smooth enough. My priority was a non-distorted mesh, so smoothing doesn't work. Silo's smoothing algorithms aren't the best and for now this would be my only option.
I dunno... What do you think?
I just want to stress the fact again that this is unfinished work, and with the curtains looking like this, I'd never put it up for sale. There would be more intricate ceilings with wooden beams included. The idea behind it is a mix and match variety of walls with different windows, doors, etc.

You read my mind. You really did. I was going make that part of my post, but forgot. Short term memory problem I guess. Ask me about 40 years ago though, I can give you details. Drives my wife crazy.

Oh what a list I can post here... but I’ll just put a few things.
1. Hospital interior.
Multiple floors -a basic entry floor, basement/morgue and a general use floor for things like operating rooms, maternity ward, ICU and patient rooms.
2. Snowmobile suit and/or snow pants and parka for M4 and V4.
This is not the skiing snow boarding like attire but what you would wear in the arctic and antarctic regions (or Minnesota during a typical cold winter lol). For great references look at John Carpenter’s The Thing.
3. Jumpsuit for M4 and V4

The zipper should also work, at least partially.
4. A tree house.
The ones I can find are way to big or extreme of what I’m looking for. I just one that looks like your typical average tree house that most of us have seen in our neighborhoods. Something like Bart Simpson’s.

5. A grocery store interior.
Including various departments like meat, produce, deli, dairy, bakery, frozen and of course grocery. It should also include the back room area for unloading trucks and product storage, freezers and refrigerated rooms (dairy and meat departments) food prep rooms (for departments that use them), restrooms and employee areas/offices.
And uncommon ones like woolyloaches. : )

...mine may be old, got em before I even heard of Daz, but they still work even in the latest revision of the software.
I agree with hospital stuff. what isnt' available is cubicles like in an emergency department with curtains, or 4, 6, 8 bay wards with curtains which the specialist can draw around the bed when he comes to do his ward round etc.
I'd love hospital stuff, but we also need some updated scrubs for both genders and a realistic lab coat.
I would also love some less than perfect skin for gen5 characters... freckles,blemishes,scars,etc. Also alien skins, such as leopard spots,stripes etc.
...yeah freckles. I keep using one V4 skin for Leela because it has freckles (not sold here).
Overlays for this sort of thing would be fantastic. Really, I'd pay good money for just a freckle pack alone. It kills me to find a stunning character and only be able to use the freckle pattern with one skin.
How many teens have perfect skin?
I think if done right overlays would be great. I'd really like a lot of freckles. Not just a few artistic ones. =-)

My overdue Skin overlay product is nearly done. Will work for V4/M4/V5 & M5 UV sets. Will start a thread closer to its release. Should be finalized this month. And it has a freckles as one of the overlays:) And Acne:) Here is an example of the wrinkle overlay applied to a skin set and then combined with other overlays such as age spots and freckles.
...sweet. Saving up now for it.

Just doing a search for “doctor” or “nurse” results only in V4 products and they were released quite some time ago. Other items that show up are unpractical for real world use or are historical.
This is something that has bothered me for some time, the lack of support for Michael.
