Photoshop 3D Bridge

Is this necessary for the 32 or 64 bit version?  It won't load because I don't have photoshop and the newer versions require you to not download a hard copy but lease it periodically...

Are you asking if you have to have the bridge installed? No, it's an optional extra (like GoZ, which similarly works only if ZBrush is isntalled).
