I'm in Platinum Club, But Not Seeing Platinum Prices. Anyone Else Having This Problem? (Solved)
Just what it says on the tin. My Platinum Club membership checks out, but for some reason, I very recently stopped seeing the Platinum prices. What's going on and am I the only one?

Try logging out, and in again.. and or clearing your cookies.. if that still fails please file a ticket with CS
There was an issue not long ago. The store went down and when it came back up several people reported odd store behavior… include missing discounts.
My "go to" solution when the store is acting up is to remove Daz cookies from my browser. (If you have anything in your cart, it will empty your cart, too.)
I use Firefox, and I go to the Main Menu and select Tools->Options. In the Options, I go to Privacy & Security, look for and click on the Show Cookies button to open that dialog window. In the search field I type daz3d.com. I select only the cookies for daz3d.com, not those with other subdomains, (like email.daz3d.com or docs.daz3d.com.) then I click on the button to "Remove Selected" After that I log back in, and that usually takes care of things for me.
I have no idea how to delete those cookies with other browsers.

Did you just update your Daz Deals browser? That happened to me when I updated. You have to remove all Daz cookies to fix it.
