March Madness starts to grow on me...
Yesterday I got me https://www.daz3d.com/romi-for-genesis-3-females, https://www.daz3d.com/everyday-cloth-iray-shaders and https://www.daz3d.com/the-unused-railway-bridge for a total of $ 5.99 and it enabled me to get https://www.daz3d.com/vini-for-genesis-8-male for a total of $ 4.12 by buying https://www.daz3d.com/infinity-cove-3-0-with-all-new-morphing-terrain with him (due to it being a PC+ item).
Stuff that - theoretically - would have cost me $ 70.- for $ 10.- is a good deal, as all of that stuff will be very helpful. Sometimes being a newbie with a runtime that isn't already filled to the brim can be nice.
Has anybody noticed how they keep releasing Genesis 8 males as secret items not promoted except as buyer bonuses?
On the plus side, you can get them at a very low price.

It comes with a racket & ball... A schoolgirl skirt or shorts and a simple top with white shaders for tennis outfit & if you have tennis shoes, just make them white!
I was delighted to see the set comes with the sports equipment to use the environment. So many sets don't.

Seems March Madness this year just isn't, or is it just me? I did okay on Aiko 8 ($45.16 with the 4 texture addons and my Platinum CLub DAZ Originals coupon) and picked up a few things here and there, but where are all the deep discounts and freebes from years past? dForce just doesn't do it for me since I can't seem to get it to work, get system errors and cloth explosions even after backdating my driver. Hopefully Zev0 and soem other heavy hitters have things coming down the pike that I weant or need. I bught Aiko 8 on a lark, really did not need her but I liked the bundle and the 70% off on Bonus Offeers are okay but it jsut seems different this year.
March was my lowest spending month last year, and I'm still well below that amount right now. I kinda like it. But yeah, as an actual 'special' sale, it lacks something...
What is today's bonus offer? Am I not seeing it or was Urban Playground carried over for a third day?
I'm only seeing Aiko 7 for Aiko 8, so I guess they carried over (I got Urban Playground, so it doesn't show for me)

you just need to buy 1 item from new or still new to qualify for the bonus item. 1 in at least every 3 days. find the lowest priced one you can find and can use ,,, then you will qualify for the bonus item.
Yeah I wasn’t qualifying during the new figure release since I passed on aiko.
For me the thing lacking is any decent offers on older PA items (ie a 1-2 years or older). There have been a few decent discounts for Daz Originals, plus that $20 dollars of free DOs offer, but most of my wishlist is now PA items. I always thought March Madness was more about PA stuff then DOs. The only decent deal on PA items so far have been the 60% flash sales for Stonemason, and particularly the 75% off flash sale on i13 items, neither of which were really associated which March Madness and could happen any month.

Urban Playground is a really nice set. (Thanks @Mely3D) However, transparency basketball nets are always (so far) an unreal disappointment. I've bought (and returned) every basketball rack I can find because of their unreality. The solution I found came rather inexpensively in a product called STZ_Streetball Court by Santuziy78 (currently on sale). I used it in this image. Not ideal, but better than transmap.
Great render, so realistic! thanks for the heads up about this vendor too. Love the bedrooms, boutique, the bike and a couple other things. Prices are right and they look like good quality.

I call your sarcasm and raise you one tongue-in-cheek. LOL. We really DO want male stuff for whoever is listening ;). Might not sell AS well, but still sells. I'm at least grateful for the few crumbs they do throw us.
Does anyone know what happens if you get an HD add-on for a character you don't own? Will it add a bit of HD to regular G8 male or does it just lie dormant waiting for you to get the needed product or not install at all?
It works fine, it just won't line up with the details of whatever character texture you're using.
Although it might line up well enough, especially if you're using a character made for that Add-on's base figure: i.e. Lucas 8 HD Add-on with Milo for Lucas 8, though Milo won't look quite like the promos with Lucas 8. Again, it might line up well enough…
