I do a variation of this theme all the time, thief getting away with some treasure from either a monster, robot or dinosaur. Again, done with Daz Iray Canvasas and Affinity Photo for the composite.

Nice one Pizmo.  So your up in SF eh?  I'm down in Redwood City, near Palo Alto.  Howdy!

Was long since I posted in here, but now it was time again ^^ Hopefully you lovelies enjoy the picture and the story :) (there is another render with Keller in my gallery, Prisoner secured, might make a bit of a serie with him as I have gotten quite fond of this character of mine :) )

    Downtime

Colonel Marsh and his second in command, Commander Keller, is having some food in the cafeteria when two unruly recruits approach them for a brawl. For a moment the two simply look at the recruits, than the eyes of Keller and Marsh meet and with a chuckle from Keller they accept the challenge.

The two recruits have not yet realised whom exactly they have challenged, but they soon find out they are in way over their heads.

@Sylvan: That's a lovely render! And I usually don't really like male characters that have grey hair, or can be described as "elfin".

    Rodrigo

    Rodrigo, by L'Adair

This is Jepe's Roderick. He comes with editable SBH "presets." I've used several here, all edited specific to this image. That includes the beard and the hair on his head, too.

Adore!  And I adore it so much that I commented on it in your gallery.  The expression, the texture, but especially the bone structure!!!

Well the face looks like Tom Cruise. Was that intentional?

  • HylasHylas Posts: 5,223

Haha, now that you say it, he does have that somewhat intense stare that Cruise tends to have!

No, I had Ryan Hansen on my mind while working on the character. I wasn't trying to replicate his features but more his general dude-bro vibe (and his hair).

  • Not a render.  Just a fancy uniform I'm making for fun.  No textures yet.

    Looks really good Mal!

Amazing work, Mal!  Is this done in Marvelous Designer?  If you do make this a product, sign me up as your first customer.

And your artwork is awesome also!  Good job!

Aloha! Here's my latest using the G3Male. It comes with the following disclaimers:

Disclaimer # 1: The artist is not responsible for wet keyboards, melted monitors or any other issues that may result from exposure to this image. Bring your own drool bucket. Contents under pressure. For external use only. Trolls are not allowed in the castle. Neither are zombies. Do not drink and hex. Keep away from werewolves and vampires. Do not fly brooms in Muggle airspace, even with an Invisibility Cloak. Especially with an Invisibility Cloak. This means YOU, Mister Potter! Ahem ...

Disclaimer #2: The artist is not now, has never been, nor ever will be the amazing J. K. Rowling. Neither is the artist whichever corporate entity that owns the rights to the Harry Potter universe. Therefore, this is a work of fan art from which the artist makes no profit.

    Story that goes with:

Contrary to certain rumors in the Daily Prophet and elsewhere, The Slytherin Sex God is alive and well, thankful to be no longer dealing with insane Dark Lords, scheming Headmasters or Neville Longbottom's exploding cauldrons. When not brewing fame, bottling glory or stoppering Death, his favourite pastimes are swimming, surfing, snogging and snark. He still prefers to wear black but his husband, Dr. Harry Potter-Snape, is not complaining.

    Neither is anyone else. ;-)

Thanks. Took me ages to get it the way I wanted. My first attempt with just the Michael 4 version of the character seemed rather lacking so I just kept the basic face morph then went to town on the dials. I think he's got a little bit of every generation in him except Mike 2 & 3. He certainly looks better now that he's had a make over and a very long vacation from Hogwarts.

Heh! My current Snape is 99% straight Ollie. I'm gradually 'Toonifying the rest of the cast to harmonize.

  • ByrdieByrdie Posts: 1,783

When I bring him up to G8 I'll probably add a touch of Ollie too, he's got a near-perfect Snape nose.

Thanks!  Yes it was made in MD.  Unfortunately this is just a fun thing I'm doing for myself.  Maybe in the future it can be a product?

Just a new character I'm working on.

Have you considered just selling the MD project files on artstation or gumroad etc rather than making a full daz product.

No I haven't.  I might consider doing that, but not sure yet.

    Just another new render.
