    i have to chime in too! i'm definitely one of "those people he has to put up with", also an eternal noob with a very slow learning curve. his answers are always helpful, often fast too, and pretty much accurate, he gets the point. so thanks a lot Richard :)

    Ah, yes indeed. The infinitely patient Mr. Haseltine. Even responding for the bazillionth time to the the exact same questions with calmness, patience and a genuine willingness to help. I know that Richard and the other CV's get a few perks for their efforts, but I seriously doubt that that compensates for the time and effort that they put in here and the value of their contributions to the community. I do not believe for a moment that Richard and the others do all that they do for reward. They display a genuine interest in helping others and do so even when their efforts might seem unappreciated. Well, they are Richard. You make this a better place. So, thank you.

    I would like to thank Richard too.  I always hesitate to ask any questions, but he is always helpful and never makes me feel like what I am asking is ridiculous.  My first thought now, when I don't know what I'm doing....ask on the forums, Richard will know what to do.
