I.M. has Hexagon and Hexagon content ready for me to download. these are not in the update field but in the actually product field like I just purchased them. However I have have Hexagon for a year now. And I did check to see if I had the latest version and it seems liek I do. Another thing is that there is a charactrer that it is wanting me to download as well that I thought I had but when I checked it in fact wasnt installed so I looked up the purchase date and my purchase date for FW Raymond HD for Michael 7 was back in July 2017. So why would it just now be showing up to download. And again these are not at the top in the update fields. They are in the regualr download area as if I just purchased these. any help in an explanation would be much appreciated. Thanks as always, Mickey

I had exactly the same thing happen this morning???
I'll look forward to hearing what Daz says..
Until recently, Hexagon wasn't available to download with DIM at all. Once DAZ made it free, they soon put the beta on the DIM. Now it looks like they have placed the official release version on DIM as well. I don't know anything about Raymond though.
Edit: Since you didn't instal Hexagon with DIM originally, it won't have the required information to know that you have it installed already. That's why it's showing up as a new file rather than an update. I would uninstal the version you have now and use DIM to instal it again if you want to get updates through DIM in the future.
Hexagon 2.5.2.109 was just promote from a public build to a general release. See this thread:

I went ahead and ran the install with no problems even though I already had Hexagon installed.
FW Raymond was encrypted until three days ago, so could only be installed through Connect not DIM.
Now he's become unencrypted (because he is a year old) the DIM sees him as a new product.
If you installed him through Connect already then you don't need to install him through DIM. (In fact you probably should not unless you uninstall him first - I'm not certain about that because I've never used Connect)
OOPS! I need to go check and see if I have him doublely installed then. I just checked to see if I had him installed through DIM and seen that he wasn't so I installed him. I forget about that pesky Connect! Thanks for reminding me Melanie...
Thank you guys, Drafter, Quasar and Charlie for your replies and the info. Thought I was going crazy.
