You can start with the morphs, but the terrain. water and atmosphere all use special shaders, not generic Iray, so you would have to re-texture everything with 3DL shaders or materials. At least using this product https://www.daz3d.com/ibl-master-for-daz-studio you can get the HDRIs working in 3DL, but as NorthOf45 says the textures will not work, and would need replacing with tiling textures that would not consider things like the gradient of the slope, so are likely not to look particularly good.
I did an experiement where I applied non-TerraDome, IRAY-Toon Shaders to the A and B zones, the converted the textures to 3Delight. It worked. So you can use the morphs, like @NothOf45 said but not the built in shaders.
