Hi. I have decided than in 2018 I would like to build a set of clothing, in order to learn how it is done. I have hexagon, 2.5, blender, adobe cc, and zebrush. Can someone point me to a tutorial? Free would be great, but paid would be ok too.
Thank you!

SickleYield has a free Blender tutorial on Deviant Art
Thank you!
Also check for videos on Youtube.com ;-)
Funny you should ask .. I wrote this a while back now.
"How to Make Clothing for Poser: a step by step guide". It goes from sketch all the way through to packing and making revisions, with a bunch of chapters on additional subjects like weightmaps, fur trim, props, dynamic clothing and so on. The modeling section was deliberately written to be approachable in any box modeler type program (like Blender). Some chapters were repeated (like uvmapping) to cover differrent types of uvmappers.
For DS content creators you will need to swap in tutorials on DS specific file formats, and processes: Such as DS rigging and morphing, DS shader settings, and DS specific content saving and packing. But it should give you a good structure and overview to start with, as well as a bucnh of conceptual things that are unique to clothing creation.

I suppose I should rewrite for DS one of these days.

The following thread gathers links to many tutorials and others resources. It also has a couple examples.

In particular, SickleYield explained the basic workflow in this post.
EDIT: See Sickleyield in next post.
Hey, that one's pretty outdated. I have another workflow that I think is better than manually adding bone by bone for extras:
I've also got this series on clothing creation:

Thanks for the update!
Will edit my earlier post.
