    I'm pretty sure she means the buy Edward pro bundle +addons and get other bundles free.

    Yes, that's what I meant. The reason it irks me is that I was going to buy him for my birthday, which was yesterday. I expected his sale to still be going since it was within ten days of his release. If they don't fix it, I'll just dump my cart and spend my bday money elsewhere.

    Yes, I got the Stephanie and Lee 6 bundles as freebies too, but that was way back in the first half of last year, before they started filling the freebies section with nothing but textures and a couple of old V4/M4/Genesis items or 10 year old props. It would be nice to have at least a couple of items each time that were created in this decade.

    I agree. This month I hit my second year of buying 3D content and the stuff in the freebies section are all stuff I already own. I can't imagine how much worse it is for people who've been buying content longer. It would be nice if they included some new stuff (not new as in age, but new as in not the stuff they keep putting in there). Because if *I* even own everything offered as a freebie already, it's probably time to offer something fresh. lol

    I think the City Bus Stop has been continously in the freebies section for 2 years now, I have no idea why DAZ are so keen to give that one away.

    I own all of the current batch of 13, I don't remember the last time that happened. There are not even some uninteresting textures for me to ignore.

    As for missed sales gone by, don't forget that DAZ always does a catch-up sale either mid-month or at the very end (or both), so some of you might still be in luck. 

    Me, I'm hoping IH Kang's store goes on sale before the end of MM. I almost pulled the trigger the first time around, but the new items on sale weren't quite to my liking.

    The M4 dog tags have become a game for me. I won't take them, Daz keeps trying to keep giving them to me. 

    I also have *everything* in the Freebies right now... but that means that there are a lot of Freebies, and that I've amassed quite a content collection. 

    I'd like more, newer freebies... but at the same time... like L'adair said earlier... gift horses, mouths, etc. etc. etc... 

    Daz has been quite generous, and their glitches haven't hurt. I can't *really* complain... even if this sale is failing to push any buttons for me so far.

    That's the only free urban environment prop/set that DAZ gives away. The other free essentials have a beach, fantasy (Dark Tower) and sci-fi (Level 19) setting. My friend who recently tried DAZ was happy to get Stonemason's Dark Places bundle for his action and horror renders.

     

    Speaking of today's bonus madness offer (Sasuke), I'm still waiting for the male counterpart for Star...frown

    Daz Mods

    I was trying to look at the product page for a dress I just bought from Aave Nainen, but the link came up 404 page not found. I went to her store, and there are 83 products listed. I tested the links, and 81 products gave 404 page not found errors. The two that did not are also PC+, but there are 16 products PC+ products in the her store, and one DO. That means 15 products owned by Daz that are not showing up.

    Pandy Girl's store was also throwing 404 errors. Again, two items showed while the rest did not. In this case, one DO and one with WildDesigns. I checked WildDesigns, and got 404 errors on 7 out of 8 products I tried to open.

    I went back to the front page, and loading the first 20 or so products showed about a quarter with 404 errors.

    I'm in Oregon, and I suppose this could be a CloudFlare issue, but I still think Daz would want to know asap. I could do a trouble ticket, but this late at night I wouldn't expect anyone to see it right away. (And I suppose it's also possible it will cure itself with the "midnight" changeover...)

    I get the impression there are way to many tickets being turned into Daz for variour reasons. I turned one in 7 days ago for a defective product and it is still open.

    Have you "bumped" the ticket by commenting again in the open support ticket? I was told not to bump tickets as if you write something else it puts the ticket in the back of the line again (that's what I was told by one of the Daz people who responded to one of my recent tickets).

    I have a ticket that's been open for about a month, and two others that have been open for about two weeks. The last comment on the later two is:

    We do apologize, however, due to a higher volume of support tickets, we are experiencing longer wait times on customer assistance.

    We do answer tickets in the order they are recieved. At this time, it can take up to 10 business days for a response. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    On the flip side, when my coupon lost value on an order, they refunded the difference with a couple hours. I'm guessing the technical side of things goes to another department, but the customer service folks deal with returns and refunds themselves.

    Well...they got me. Finally picked up the kimono bundle and some Stonemasons! 

    Looking at the sale today there's ANOTHER kimono.....I'm such a sucker for them ::sigh::

    Yep, there's 404 errors. For the related products, one of the Pro Bundles was 404. It was Charlotte Pro Bundle.  (I can't see the ones I own, so Olympia Pro is there and works, don't know about any other ones.) 

    Also, for the Fall Classics 2,  doesn't have the Fall Classics listed as the required product. Misleading as it's just materials.

    Okay, I have a theory on the 404 errors. I opened the site in a private window, and I didn't get a single error for any page I viewed.

    So I went in and removed all my cookies for "daz3d.com" and shut down Firefox. I then restarted Firefox and logged back in. Now I'm not getting any errors. And the pages are loading faster, too.

    So my theory is, Daz made some backend changes to the website that the browser didn't like. By removing the cookies and making the browser load new ones, it appears to have cured the problem. Might be browser specific, so someone using Chrome, Safari, Edge, IE, etc. might not have seen the error pages.
