ooooh weapons for G3! awesome!!!! I already have arabella 7 base and not interested in genesis clothing, so that was an easy choice!
I don't think I'll manage to stay awake for the next lot in 4 hours as that's 1am for me.....so hoping everyone gets a good choice next batch!

For those wondering what happened, without noting any single one because I don't want to have people checking if the glitch still works...since I guess now it was a glitch...
Three DAZ G3 Main Character Pro bundles came up on the free offer. I got those, even though I haven't migrated to using G3. I just couldn't resist ANY Pro bundles at the free price.
There was a hundred dollar toon package. I passed on that one since I don't do toon renders and it was useless to me.
There were several G3 utilities for messing with poses, shapes, and stuff like that. I got one or two of them I think, but since I don't do much G3 I certainly passed on most.
And there were several really nice outfits. I got some of them, including one from a PA I follow a lot and like. I already owned that outfit in G2, and kinda just shrugged and figured maybe I would use it some day on some G3 for something.
Basically, some really awesome DAZ stuff, and a bunch of PA stuff that it appears the PAs started screaming about once they realized they were getting sales and probably little to no money.
I must say, I never thought it was a glitch. Maybe I should have, but it never once occured to me while looking through that it was one.
well I feel bad enough I will uninstall and hide the couple of PA products
I would return them but if DAZ did compensate anyone that would be counterproductive
the pro bundles I prob will never use what I did not already have in them anyway so a bit more complicated to sift through and still hold to the lucky glitch concept as the PA’s making that stuff got paid out and DAZ will get much more of my money in the future as they have in the past.

I agree, I missed the whole crazy glitch craziness, but the planned freebies have been really quite nice in my opinion. 3 named gen3 characters in the last 2 rounds (Victoria, Bethany, Arabella) and those nice Dark Fantasy Weapons that I've had on my wishlist for ages.
I'm just wondering - does DAZ pay the PAs when it fouls up like this and gives things away that it shouldn't?
If it does, then depending on how it figures things, these foulups might work in the PAs favor.
After all, a lot more people will download a product if it's free than would if it cost.
If DAZ doesn't pay for it's mistakes, then it's making the PAs pay for them, which wouldn't be right.
Wondering that as well. I missed the whole glitch as well, but I do hope the PAs get compensated. Otherwise, it's tough for them to swallow having their work be given for free (denying them possible future sales from the people who had wishlisted their products). I also feel bad for whoever messed up the programming and hope he/she/they are not fined or something. That said, I also don't blame people for taking advantage, more so since you could've suspected but wouldn't really have known it was a glitch.

I have my alarm clock set up for each new batch... Talk about being addicted... 
I've seen several PAs complain here about losses from glitches, though one said he had to talk about DAZ about it, so maybe it depends on the situation/amount. It's still my opinon that DAZ should compensate any losses that PAs are having as it's DAZ' responsibility to ensure that everything in the store is working allright. I'd question if it's even legal not compensating, but that probably depends on the terms the PAs have agreed to.

Looks like things are working fine on my end here. :) I did not get Bethnay or Arabella...I do have some others on my wishlist I would not mind having. Thanks for the freebies daz. :)

Considering how long it takes to make these models, some of these PA's are barely making minimum wage on their models as it is. For large scale glitches like this, where it's going to cost someone a lot of money, Daz should just give their customers a gift voucher for the inconvenience and reverse the orders.
I would hate it to get to the stage where Daz feels it's too risky to run these types of promotions in the future because of this.
I missed the big freebie glitch. There is apparently an issue with current freebie offering. Picked them all up without a new item. :-)

I think that would be more than fair, for them to get compensated, since Daz dropped the ball. But I guess it depends on the contract they'd agreed to. Wonder if there was anything about glitches and how they would be handled in there; or if the contract didn't address the issue at all (at which point, who knows what happens. Might work differently case by case).
On other news, Michael 7 HD add-on as a freebie! Thank you, Daz! That's one of those things I wanted but never really needed enough to buy :) so this is perfect!
That would be a really good solution. I'm neither affected nor did I take part on what happened, so I wouldn't know how people would react. But I think this is a good idea. They could even just let people keep 1 (the lowest in price) of the glitched free item and just take the rest, maybe?
