Support folder is missing

This is a new error, been using Daz since version 2.

 

SO, I am clueless as to why I suddenly cannot load up Aiko 4, V 4 or Girl 4.  DAZ 4.9 is reporting the Support folder is missing.

    Make sure that your Poser-format content folders include one and only one with a Runtime > Libraries > !DAZ > Victoria 4 folder.  If the Runtime where V4.2 base was installed doesn't have that folder, go to Runtime > Libraries > !DAZ and run DzCreateExPFiles-V4.bat (.command on MacOSX)

    If your content is installed inside the Program Files hierarchy, it won't work on WIndows Vista or newer.

    I know someone who got this in spite of all the troubleshooting who could still load M4 in that case, from under categories.
